You will need good access to have one of these ready-made garden lodges sited in your garden. A drive or gateway that is at least 14 feet or 4.2 metres wide is what would be classed as good access.
To make it as easy as possible for you, we can include siting, delivery, and mains services connections as part of our lodge turn-key service.
A Certificate of Lawfulness is all you need to site one of these mobile homes in your garden. (And in case you were wondering, we’ll do that bit on your behalf it's all part of our planning application service!)
