When it comes to annexes, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience, which we’ve utilised to create ten beautifully finished custom annexes that are ideal for garden living. Built with planning permission or under the ‘Caravan Act’, these homes are built to an extremely high specification.

A ‘Certificate of Lawfulness’ is all you need to site one of our lodges in your garden. And in case you were wondering, we’ll do that part on your behalf as part of the service. Our portfolio includes ten unique designs, available in a range of different sizes with one, two and three-bedroom options.

We take great pride in the fact that no two CLL annexes are the same. Should we have the privilege of building your home, we will ensure that it is tailored to your exact requirements. From windows to wardrobes, facias to flooring, you are in complete control over the design and style of your dream garden home.

Planning Permission

Please be sure to talk to annexe experts such as ourselves before you submit anything to your Local Planning Authority. No two LPA’s deal with annexes the same way – some have restrictions in place that rule out an onside build completely, whilst others embrace the social, economic and sustainable aspect of multi-generationsl living as outlined within the National Planning Policy.
