The traditional layout has a real home feel to it with a study off the hallway complete with built in desk and shelves.

The master bedroom is fitted with mirrored wardrobes and has an en-suite shower room. There is extra storage in the second bedroom if required and a main bathroom. With so many added features, the Majestic offers exceptional value for money.

Build Specification

We offer a full turnkey service that includes applying for the relevant permission from your Local Planning Authority on your behalf and preparing foundations and mains service connections for your new garden lodge.

All our garden lodges are manufactured in the UK and built to exceed British Standard 3632. They’re fully compliant with the ‘Caravan Act’ and are protected by a 10 Year Platinum Seal Warranty.

Your lodge is delivered as one complete unit or in two halves to prepared foundations and services by us or others. Siting and delivery are included within price, as well as 10m service run.

Thermal efficiency is optimised with an energy efficient A rated electric boiler (electric), plus A rated PVCu windows and doors.

Outside, you can choose from a range of external cladding. Inside, your lodge has been beautifully designed by a professional interior design team. Fully fitted kitchen and bathrooms are included. You can also select vinyl and carpet or laminate flooring.

If you choose to have your garden lodge fully furnished, you can select from a wide range of high quality interior and exterior finishes.

Our interior designers have developed six unique styles based on the latest trends in home furnishing. From ‘Sleek Scandinavian’ to ‘Country Comfort’, we’ve perfectly blended form and function to deliver everything you need to move into a beautifully coordinated home that’s fully finished.

Planning Permission

Please be sure to talk to annexe experts such as ourselves before you submit anything to your Local Planning Authority. No two LPA’s deal with annexes the same way – some have restrictions in place that rule out an onside build completely, whilst others embrace the social, economic and sustainable aspect of multi-generational living as outlined within the National Planning Policy.
