One of the best styling features are the long full height windows which are all A rated double glazed UPVC windows.
In this annexe we installed Anthracite Grey on the outside with white on the inside to maximize light and make it easy to work with when it comes to the interior design.
The grey windows on the outside add to the contemporary look and feel of the annexe.
As you can see here the laminate flooring is a high quality hard wearing flooring that is fitted throughout the annexe.
The kitchen is a classic style Magnet kitchen in ivory with a glossy laminate square edge worktop which was the prefect back drop for the pastel blue appliances our customer added.
We offer one of the most flexible approaches to annexe interiors out there with a wide choice of cabinet styles, appliances & worktops included as standard.
The bathroom was fitted with a quadrant shower, vanity unit & modern W.C. And we completed the look with tiling selected from our range.
At every step we make sure the customer is involved with every choice of finish to make sure we get as close as possible to their individual style preferences.
Cedar cladding is still a very popular choice for annexes. Real wood not only looks good but it smells divine when it’s going up too!
Since building Cedar Lodge we’ve included a range of cement based cladding in a wide choice of colours to our custom Signature Annexes for customers who prefer a low maintenance finish. Wood needs maintaining every 2-5 years to keep looking this good!
