With a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar or island options as standard we’re excited to be at the forefront of modern annexe designs that are built with our customers in mind.
Included in this exceptional floor plan are added storage options, a utility and access to a main bathroom from the open plan living space in all models. Both the Buttermere 85 & Buttermere 100 ( the two larger floor plans) have bi-fold doors to the living space and useful coat & boot storage built in.

Planning Permission
Please be sure to talk to annexe experts such as ourselves before you submit anything to your Local Planning Authority. No two LPA’s deal with annexes the same way – some have restrictions in place that rule out an onside build completely, whilst others embrace the social, economic and sustainable aspect of multi-generational living as outlined within the National Planning Policy.
